The Zen Bride is inspired by the founder of Prana Warriors' own wedding day. Leading up to the chaos of her own wedding, she used a combination of yoga, massage and meditation to calm and centre herself before the big day. Combining these complimentary healing practices creates a sense of inner alignment and peace. From this grounded space, you will experience your day to the fullest, not missing a single moment of that beautiful, sparkly love in the air on your big day.
A sample package might start 4 weeks prior to the big day and include:
2x private yoga sessions tailored to bride's body and specific goals/week (8 total)
1x meditation session/week (4 total)

Namaste on the Day
Start your wedding day with yoga! This class can be as slow or fast paced as you need. We start with a meditation & pranayama techniques to keep you feeling centred and calm. We then take you through a series of vinyasa flow with an emphasis on the heart chakras to prepare your mind and body for a day of love.
Nutrition and Meal Planning
Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat or simply feel energised and healthy, we have your back (and the front and sides too!).
Couples Tantra and Yoga Sessions
De-stress and connect with your love before the big day. These sessions include eye-gazing, massage techniques and intimacy building yoga poses you can do with your partner.
Bridal Shower Yoga
A mindful and lighthearted way to connect with your wedding squad before the big day.

Our meditation classes helps build a strong frame of mind on which to build a conscious lifestyle. The meditation practice centers around control and precision, using pranayama (breathing techniques) and various meditation styles to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced. Our meditation classes helps to solidify the body-mind connection and fits with every healthy lifestyle
Our yin yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive poses. The poses are held for approximately 5 minutes each. Holding the poses for longer releases fascia and improves joint mobility while calming the nervous system.
A practice that uses the connection to breath to move dynamically through poses with conscious awareness. We use alignment-based classes to teach you proper articulation through flow, creating strength and support for joints and ligaments.
A traditional Thai massage using supported yoga postures in a fully clothed state, We focus on using targeted pressure along the meridian blockages to create an unhindered flow of energy through the body's tissues.
What to expect:
You lie supported by a yoga mat and blankets, fully clothed in comfortable clothing. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, feet knees and even shins to press and stretch your body. We use pressure and stretching to release blockages or stagnation and increase circulation and vibrancy in the body.
