Wake Up Flow
Invigorating morning practice including breathwork, meditation & vinyasa style flow. This class creates a framework of presence for the rest of the day. Open to all levels of practice experience.
Journalling Part 1 & 2
Workshop part 1: Savouring 2024 - journalling all the good stuff. We guide you through our tried and true exercises for extracting the juice out of your year that was.
Workshop part 2: Planting seeds for 2025 - a pragmatic approach to creating more of what you want.
Chill Flow
Short closing ceremony practice combining breathwork, meditation, gentle movement & nidra to give you that fully relaxed "woooosah" feeling.
Classes will be held in the cosy original A frame schoolhouse.
