The Yoga
Vinyasa, Nidra, breathwork & Meditation
Classes will be held in the ivy-covered barn, just a few footsteps from the main house. This luxurious wooden shala boasts ample space and air-conditioning (or the fresh mountain air, weather dependent)
Wake Up Flow
Invigorating morning practice including breathwork, meditation & vinyasa style flow. This class creates a framework of presence for the rest of the day. Open to all levels of practice experience.
Chill Flow
Gentle evening practice combining breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, yin & nidra to give you that fully relaxed "woooosah" feeling.
Breathwork & Meditation
Breath is one of our greatest tools to connect deeply to ourselves, others & all of life. We will work with various techniques to supercharge your practice.
Let's play!
Kelsey has studied vinyasa, yin and pre/post natal yoga, with an emphasis on meditative and fluid movement animated by the breath.
Kelsey loves physical practices and the way movement can create a strong body-mind connection. Her teachings are grounded in yoga philosophy with a focus of helping others tap into their individual expression and experience of what yoga means to them. She believes that by creating an inner stillness through moving with breath on the mat, we can experience more moments that feel spacious, joyful and connected in our lives off the mat.

The beautiful Hawkesbury district offers sensational views over the Sydney Basin, local produce, (including wine) and scenic harvest trails in the rural hinterland. Discover roadside stalls, wineries, gourmet treats and artisans making apple cider and wattleseed gin.
