Our corporate yoga program transforms the mind and body through mindful movement. We utilise yoga and meditation as tools to drive outcomes of wellness, productivity and efficiency. Build Your Dream Class
Let’s keep it simple! Who needs extra work outside of work? You will need:
A Space (meeting room or outdoor) class size of a maximum of 25 staff to ensure individuals are receiving adequate attention from the instructor.
Yoga Mats
Day and time of day:
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
Morning- Energise the day
Lunch - Break up a long work day
Afternoon/Afterwork - Sweat off the day and transition into personal time with presence
Class time: 30mins, 45mins, 60mins
Class type: Meditation/Yin/Somatic Flow or mix and match.

CLASS MENU
Meditation:
Use of meditation techniques to observe and understand the nature of the mind. Helps to achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. There are numerous studies that show a correlation between meditating and workplace productivity.
Yin:
Our yin yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive poses. The poses are held for approximately 5 minutes each. Holding the poses for longer releases fascia and improves joint mobility while calming the nervous system.
Our Dynamic Flow:
A practice that uses the connection to breath to move dynamically through poses with conscious awareness. We use alignment-based classes to teach you proper articulation through flow, creating strength and support for joints and ligaments.
